3. Delight your potential friend by offering something immediately practical and valuable. How can you build trust and demonstrate the value you bring through free offerings? What complimentary gifts are you excited to give?

4. Invite commitment through offering the next step as a product, even at a low investment, so they show up for themselves as much as you. Half the value of hiring a coach is in the accountability created when hard-earned resources are at stake.

5. After building trust through delivering value, provide ongoing opportunities for new community members to engage even more deeply, aligning their needs with your next offerings, helping them meet their most important goals along the way.
